By using the Knetic64 website, contacting us, or enrolling in any Knetic64 program or service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Knetic64 is a personal training practice operated by Ulisses, NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA Accredited), based in Los Angeles, California. We offer in-person training, online training, hybrid programs, and self-paced program packages for adults seeking to improve their strength, mobility, stability, and overall longevity.

All services are provided on a one-on-one basis and are personalized to the individual client. Program content, session formats, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Knetic64 services are designed for general fitness and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any training program, you are responsible for consulting with your physician or qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

By enrolling in any Knetic64 program or service, you acknowledge that:

• You have disclosed all relevant health information through the required intake and screening process, including the PAR-Q and Health History Questionnaire

• You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury

• You are voluntarily participating in training activities and assume responsibility for your own health and safety

• Knetic64 and Ulisses are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in our programs

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Knetic64 and Ulisses shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any training program or use of our services. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, property damage, or financial loss.

A separate Liability Waiver and Informed Consent form is required before beginning any in-person or online training program with Knetic64.

All fees for Knetic64 services are due as specified at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in a subscription or program package, you authorize Knetic64 to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Pricing is subject to change. Existing clients on active commitments will receive at least 30 days notice before any rate changes take effect.

Summer Launch Promotion rates lock in for the duration of the client's commitment period as specified at the time of enrollment.

Clients may cancel their subscription or program at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the Knetic64 Refund Policy, available at knetic64.com.

For in-person session cancellations, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at Knetic64's discretion. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to accommodate reasonable situations.

All content on the Knetic64 website and within our programs, including but not limited to workout plans, exercise descriptions, written content, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Knetic64 and Ulisses. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Knetic64 content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Knetic64 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any program or service offering at any time. In the event of a material change that affects an active client commitment, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid commitment.

Knetic64 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional training environment for all clients. We expect all clients to treat Ulisses and any other participants with courtesy and respect. Knetic64 reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund in cases of harassment, abuse, or conduct that violates this standard.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Knetic64 services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Knetic64 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
